Return & Exchange Policy

1. No Standard Refunds

MOI does not offer cash refunds on confirmed and processed orders as a standard policy.

2. Conditional Refunds

In rare cases—such as receiving a defective or incorrect item—a refund may be issued after thorough review. All such decisions are made at MOI’s sole discretion.

3. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are allowed only in cases of size issues or manufacturing defects. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

4. Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. Requests beyond this period may not be accepted.

5. How to Request an Exchange or Refund

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, issue description, and clear product photos (if applicable).

6. Approval Process

All exchange or refund requests are reviewed individually. Once approved, you will receive further instructions.

7. Customer Responsibily

Items marked as Final Sale or part of Limited Edition Drops are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

8. Right to Refuse

MOI reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the above conditions or appears to be against our policies.
